Mining jobs vs tourist jobs

After the mines destroy the watersheds, the tourism jobs will die off. And the folks who run the outfitting places, lodges fishing guides, etc will stop bringing liberals to visit their small towns to fish, camp and canoe in places like the BWCA. Which will make these folks happier yet.
