Restaurant sign draws protests in Lonsdale, MN (Muslims Get Out) [View all]
LONSDALE, Minn. - A Lonsdale restaurant sign drew protests and controversy on social media Monday night.
The sign, which sits outside of Treats Family Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor, read "Muslims get out." Small groups of protesters gathered outside the restaurant throughout the evening.
The owner of the restaurant said he decided to voice his opinion in the wake of the attacks in St. Cloud, New York and New Jersey. He also said his sign is geared toward extremists, not necessarily all Muslims.
"I am not talking about the Muslim population in general. I am talking about the Muslim extremists. I am sure there are far more good Muslims than there are bad, just like there is with any other race," he said. "The only reason I didn't put extremists on the board is because I didn't have room on the board for it."

Lonsdale is a small rural community about 20 miles south of the Twin Cities metro area.
If there isn't room on the sign for say "Xtremists" or "Radics" or something that will make it clear you aren't talking about all Muslims, then just leave that kind of shit ("Muslims Get Out"

off the sign. Or maybe say "Terrorists Get Out".
By the way "Suport" has 2 p's. (Bigots ain't very edukated in these here parts)
