regarding Duluth and the residents as well as her narcissistic replies, expect the worst from her. She sounds vindictive. The only good thing to do is to make her leave the area. Her bargaining chip though is the source of the family fortune which are the barges and ships going in and out of that very harbor.

They even own the toxic ag chems in cheerios.
