4. And I wonder now in how many states, is POT legal? From some of the stories, selling POT has been better

than expected and has provided an unexpected tax windfall for some states.

POT is medically legal in a number of states. And in other states, it is totally legal to buy POT (medically and recreational), and in some states, you can grow your own (a certain number of plants only from what I understand).

And in the remaining states, POT is not at all available medically or for recreational purposes. Let's guess how much tax revenue is being lost by these states, to the surrounding states that legalized POT in some fashion. A lot.

Taxpayers in these states should ask their state regulators or legislators why aren't we doing this? Perhaps these taxpayers are willing to allow their legislators, I don't know, raise property taxes and/or sales taxes to unheard of heights?
