Is it okay to build inexpensive homes next to the tracks?

That location is near I-494, which makes more noise? A 24/7/365 six-lane freeway or a single track rail line running 20 trains per day?

Yes, the cars were filled with molten sulphur, but none of them leaked even after derailing and rolling. They can be off loaded at the scene, and damaged cars removed in just a few days, not months.

Accidents happen.
