4. Looks like a friend of another neighbor is going to take it...and is very grateful for it

I was walking the pups last week and saw a neighbor out in his yard. Asked if he knew of anybody who might want 3-4 cord of maple, and he did. They all swung by 2 days ago to see what I have. He offered to cut it, take half and leave me half. I told him I don't have a wood stove or I'd take it.

Now that I've had some time to think, if he offers again I'll take whatever he doesn't want and put it up for sale by the roadside for a little extra $$. They're also going to help me get the a/c out of the window. I don't use it and have wanted to get it out of there forever.

They figure it will be 1 day of cutting and 1 day for removal. I'm thinking now on the cutting day I'll also be able to finally burn my burn pile, since I'll have extra people around (permit requires minimum of 2 people).

We're just waiting now for early October and some die back, since it's in such an overgrown area it would be a couple hours just to wack through to reach it, lol.
