1. they are paid to love war. The owners are buddies with the CEO's with Congress Critters or heads of the military industrial complex companies and are doing them a favor by pushing war. The heads of the media networks feed the talking heads on this shit.

2. War is bloody and dramatic and sell well on TV. Look at how well destruction sells in movies. The M$M isn't going to miss out on that.
