For all the hell these employees were put through. As usual, the attorneys are the big winners. How does this deter employment discrimination in any way, shape or form? Discrimination is protected by large state agencies who will just keep on paying their attorneys big money in the hope that the former employees will give up (which they usually do). Labor is fucked in our country.
