as my northern neighbor, I don't see Kentucky in play at any level. It, like many states, vote party line. You may see some polling that shows tight races but Bevin will win by 6- 9 points. There is no real change in demographics or migration that will make Tennessee or Kentucky competitive in my lifetime.
