1. School districts need the money to hire

Properly vetted employees, whether they are teachers or paraprofessionals. They need the money to train, them, too. These employees clearly do not have the temperament for their job.

That being said, I hope the parents sue the crap out of the school district. What kind of monster treats any child this way? These people took out their anger on a child that cannot report back on them.
