Follow the money.. Derapaska opening a aluminum plant in Ky is the payoff for helping end the sanctions... The sanctions were costing the Russian oligarcs a lot of money.
Typical pay to play politics.. Derapaska is probably paying for Mcturtle's campaign finance too. If you listen and believe these politicians, they say they can't get anything done b/c they have to beg for money to get re elected...... to do nothing...
but But BUT if some foreign power pays for their campaign finance they then have time to get things done.... and do some "favors" for the money guy.. uggh
