1. I wonder how much of this goes on and noone ever find out? With orgaanic foods selling much higher

than non-organic, the desire is sure there. That's one reason I don't bother with items labeled organic. We have some local farmers who grow organic that I trust because they are small enough that their neighbors would know if they cheated.
