Who is Bruce Rauner and why is he on my tv so often? [View all]

I live in Eastern Iowa, Quad Cities and so we get political ads from two states (yippee. or not). Anyway, I've noticed a LOT of ads by some right winger named Bruce Rauner. Memo to Rauner- it's only December, stop polluting the airwaves already.
