Separation applies to the gov. forcing religion on citizens, and that's not what's going on here.

This is the gov. offering reasonable accommodation to minority groups. They aren't forcing everyone to eat by the special dietary restrictions. It's no worse then offering gluten free, nut free, or lactose free options.
