2. Even if you *think* you're registered...

You should contact your local election board and/or your local election board's website to check if you're still registered.

If you (or a friend, family member, whoever...) still are, you should print out the confirmed registration and put it in a safe place.

It's spooky how many people show up to vote, only to find out that after decades of living in the same home and voting in the same precinct, they've been wiped off the rolls.
