2. The redistricting has dumped me into his district.

I'm currently in Deadbeat Dad's district, but have already received my new voter registration card for the 14th. I'm kinda lost here...I know nothing about the 14th and feel really out of place. I've got some work to do to familiarize myself with it, and with Hultgren.
