House Editor David Wasserman writes: After Illinois Democrats drew GOP Rep. Timothy Johnson into a 55 percent Obama district stretching from his home base of Champaign to the St. Louis suburbs, few would have predicted that Democrats would fail to nominate a first or even second tier candidate and the enigmatic Johnson would wait until after winning the primary to announce his retirement. But that's exactly what has happened, and even though national Democrats were initially thrilled with this opportunity, it's still Republicans who have more reason to be optimistic about holding the seat.

They apparently still have the race as "lean R"

Not sure how this can be if the gop hasn't named their candidate yet and the district leans left?
