It's Democratic turnout during midterms, especially in Florida. The most important elections in Florida happen in midterm years. In midterm years, turnout across the board is lower, but Democratic turnout is usually lower than Republican turnout. Midterm years are ones that matter the most, and that's the election where we turnout the least.
