3. Although my bones and joints suffer with the cold

I find the day before, especially, effects my lupus and fibromyalgia. I'm so achy and energy depleted I can barely (if that!) get out of bed. This week, I gave in one day and just stayed in bed under the covers. And we didn't even get hit with the worst of this storm. I really empathize with you guys in the northern tier. I so feel for you. Meanwhile, here in the Midwest, I'm just trying to hang on for the milder spring weather.
