2. I didn't have any expectations before watching it and I was joyously surprised.

The show simply looks different mostly because it was filmed outdoors and on sets with minimal background VFX. The writing was superb and the acting was engaging. I am curious where the story and these characters end up, although we already know Cassian's ultimate fate.
