3. Nooooooo! Not Joe Ely too! My favorite memories of living in Austin, TX, are of seeing Joe performing at La Zona Rosa.

I can't imagine Austin without Joe Ely.. He was unique. My heart is breaking from the news of Joe's passing and from the horrific deaths of Rob and Michele Reiner, the shooting at Brown University and at Bondi Beach... It feels like the world is spinning out of control.
