13. OMG, SheltieLover! Didn't know it had been this long! Whoa!

Time really flies when you're having fun, doesn't it?

DU has been a destination point daily all these years, if only for a moment. Have heard news on radio, tv, by word-of-mouth, references on websites, and headed right to DU on the spot, to find out what the DU members had learned immediately.

What a great idea they had to start DU at exactly the right time! DU'ers might also remember, like me, feeling respect for the community of the serious progressives and lib'ruls who have contributed throughout.

Couldn't be better. Hope it all continues a very long time. Things seem to have a lot more value and promise here, among really good people. (So glad for the brilliant, conscientious moderators who have worked so hard to find the right solutions. They make things so worth while when we know how truly ####ed they get without people like them!

I appreciate your kindness more than you can know. Every day a trip to DU is more than worth the effort. I have continually been amazed by the quality of DU'ers here, their intelligence, their perceptions, and deep decency. So glad we can come here!
