then underfunds it, doesn't follow through on the legal aspects, doesn't source suppliers, and stiffs any contractors. A lot of his ideas might have had a decent shot at success if he hadn't cut so many corners, especially when he was a "reality" TV star with a Tinseltown fantasy surrounding him that would have helped sell a halfway decent product to aspirational people.

Had he called this idiocy "TFG Social," I doubt there would have been any problem.
