17. You have an elected dog-catcher?

What are the qualifications for office? Do you have to have a college degree? Or just the right pedigree? I do have a Master's but its in Public Admin and not animal husbandry or veterinarian. Also, I've slowed down considerable in the past few years, so I don't know how many dogs I could actually catch, but I was always good at tricking my dog when it was time for a bath.

- And I've also seen a UFO before. Do you think that would help???
