First, it is an accepted scientific probability that Advance Alien Civilizations exist. The most accepted formula to calculate how many might be out there is the Drake formula N = R* • fp • ne • fl • fi • fc • L .
R* = the average number of star formation per year in our galaxy
fp = the fraction of those stars that have planets
ne = the average number of planets that can potentially support life per star that has planets
fl = the fraction of planets that could support life that actually develop life at some point
fi = the fraction of planets with life that actually go on to develop intelligent life (civilizations)
fc = the fraction of civilizations that develop a technology that releases detectable signs of their existence into space
L = the length of time for which such civilizations release detectable signals into space
Where Drake first used his formula on the Milky Way, his calculated between 1000-100000 advanced civilizations.

Second, We here constantly go on about the 1%ers, the military industrial complex, the out of control security apparatuses, the Koch Brother's ALEC, and the banksters. Seems to me like the Minister and us agree on a lot of things, just not the names.

Personally, I like to keep an open mind. Yeah I have to be on the lookout for people who would use it for an ashtray, but still I like to keep it open.
