2. trump considers all public money to be his personal spending money...

he and only he decides who gets any of the largesse and who doesn't, and the reasons for or against. If we ever get this maladministration out of government, we need to ensure the money incentives are no longer there for ANYONE in government. If someone wants to be president, or hold a high public service office, it must be deemed they are pro-public service, and not in it for self-aggrandizement and profit. We need to claw back every penny trump has stolen from us, even if it means taking down his entire empire.
