... if the Command Investigation's investigating officer told the senior officers to fucking grow a pair and tell the Orange Hellbeast that there is NO legal justification for charges of any kind. The Uniform Code of Military Justice says exactly the same thing that Kelly said, and I doubt that Hogsbreath can spin that.
