The board further said its priority is to ensure compliance with the vaccine law “and safeguard the health and well-being of all students across West Virginia.”

Now that's a surprise statement, coming from a W. Virginia board of any kind.

W. Virginia has the second highest net approval rating of Trump, second to only first-place Wyoming.
