The President has no authority to arbitrarily declare tariffs. The Congress has only delegated such authority in the case of national emergency.

What is the national emergency? In the case of Canada, Trump said that a few pounds of fentanyl represents a national emergency. What is the automotive national emergency?

Where are the lawsuits? These are just crude shakedowns by Trump.
