7. I think he is still an "employee" of his companies and may draw some nominal salary

Where's he's not necessarily just a hedge fund manager equivalent who doesn't have "a salary" and only pays capital gains taxes for his income.

He HAS been fighting in the courts for a $56 billion "pay package" (obviously mostly stocks/options, etc).
