As temporary as this is, I believe they only issue injunctions when there's a likelihood of success in their argument.
I'm stating the above from memory, which at my age might be failing lol. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.
This is a huge relief and hopefully will still be in place on the 21st of February and whatever dates are of equal importance to so many others.
