Character - dry drunk with daddy issues. Better than tRump but so is just about everyone else.
Competence - laughable. "We're fully prepared" before Katrina. Bin Laden determined to strike..
Commitment - "Don't tell me about the Constitution, it's just a goddamn piece of paper!"
