1) Will minority status come about due to ideology shift, or is the generation of staunch GOP voter dying off? I think it's a combination of both.

2) Could this be interpreted as a rallying cry to all GOP to vote in November? Retaining Senate control seems more doable than winning the White House. If the disenchanted sit this one out and/or protest vote again, or too many people think Biden is a sure bet and don't bother to vote but Republicans do, Senate control could remain under fascist control.
