I remember during the Bush fiasco when I didn't have anyone to bitch to or explain what all was going on. I felt the world was changing before our very eyes and I needed a comfort zone. I had no idea what I was looking for, but searched for "Democratic Party" and found DU. I instantly felt at home and "lived" here for hours on end. You saved my sanity and my soul.

Nearly 20 years? WOW! We've fought a lot of battles in that time and have the ultimate battle before us. Don't totally leave us. I'm sure "Earl G" will take good care of us, but "Skinner" will always need to be around, somewhere. When Trump[ gets trounced, you need to come back and celebrate. It's gonna be one holy rockin' party, that's for sure!
