12. Thanks. I used to know a lawyer who worked for an Appeals Judge and said much the same thing.

This is tricky business, this technicality testing, isn't it.

Appeals are where actual persons get honored over artificial entities' interests, though. Because of the way that the law defines citizens v the way it defines persons.
