MY FRIEND didn't consider that, I guess. I've been retired for several years so it doesn't affect me, yet. If I was due a refund, which I usually was, I certainly wouldn't want to give that up. Nor would I expect anyone else to.

BUT, we don't know what new edict might be delivered any day now so perhaps it's something to keep in mind.
