3. How would it work?

Well they would conduct the initial round ups at Mosques and places where those of the Islamic faith are known to frequent! Then they would go house to house, based on rental agreements and mortgage documents, and finally they would just round up anyone who may have a name that "sounds" Muslim, or who may "look" Muslim!

And finally, neighbors will report those suspected of being Muslim, for a reward of course!!!

If in the process they catch non-Islamic practitioners, it would be up to those people to prove who they are!!!
