that SS be either privatized, benefits cuts, the retirement age raised or means testing employed before it becomes necessary to raise taxes to start redeeming those trust fund bonds to pay benefits. "Social Security Reform" is a euphemism employed to make cutting benefits rather than raising taxes to repay money already borrowed on them sound respectable.
