Or a quick one by the Republican's family values version equivalent of Caligula, who might disrupt the system quickly enough for people to rise up and replace the current system with something else. Look at what Brownback is doing to Kansas as an example (Brownback just hasn't gone far enough yet,just a matter of time there)
Whatever system it might be Reformed Capitalism, Despotism, Socialism, Communism. At 50% poverty for children anything is better than the corrupt, non-representative system we have now.
I'll take the quick one.
