As are most countries.
Though we tend toward the unbridled capitalism more than most advanced countries.
Thanks in no small part to people who still don't understand the good parts of democratic socialism. Like lower health care costs, less capitol-intensive military spending, more labor-intensive domestic spending.
Not sure where you get the 'ungrateful non-assimilating immigrants' notion.
She serves on the Seattle City Council.
