5. I quit listening to NPR, Fox, CNN and MSNBC? I watch the local 6 O'Clock news and

NBC or CBS news. I just decided I don't need to be depressed over things I can
do nothing about. I watch these people that have Fox on their monitors in the gym, they
just look bitter and sad all the time.
