3. Why can't we get convicted Banksters to have a similar punishment?

I can see the court-ordered sign right now:

"I ripped off homeowners and working folks"

The court should also demand that MSM carry it on all the channels, every 30 minutes for several days, saturation media, like how they do for petty criminals.

It would be a great compliment to fines and jail time.
