If I were Obama, I would propose cutting EVERY PENNY of it from The Pentagon, and then tell the House GOP+Yertle to go fuck themselves, I DID what you wanted. Oh, now you don't WANT what you said you wanted? Fine. Then go ahead and destroy America's credit rating, and see how that works out for you in the mid-term cycle. I fucking DARE you.
