Moreno stiffed his employees and they had to take him to court to get money they earned as his employees. Plenty of information out that that he is another low-life that floats to the surface in these times. He got into office, he'll leave a skid mark, and get out as soon as he's vested. Or if he gets an offer of dean of a university, or is offered a cabinet position.
