It's basically a Reich-Wing fascists wet dream. This company of course will be showered with taxpayer largesse, control all training and hiring, etc.

Of course the exec's, making $20M salaries, will have absolutely no liability when they fuck things up.

Either that, or the whole thing is just a smash and grab, and this system will never be delivered, despite billions being invested in it.
