They will go nowhere right now, but we need them to exist and have support from across the party. The articles setting out a list of the crimes documented and sponsored by every patriotic member of the house who gives a shit about protecting the constitution would be a powerful tool.
In addition, the articles need to be backed by declarations that list the principle crimes in simple language. This is absolutely necessary to build the political will to act.
Furthermore, we need criminal referrals against every member of the cabinet for the crimes they are committing. Of course they won't be acted upon by Bondi, but the existence of specific referrals against an individual can be cited in every conversation that involves that individual.

Yes, they are right to focus on the economy, but we need our electeds to get a hell of a lot louder about the Un-American, Un-Patriotic Self-dealing, Corruption, and Crimes being committed in plain sight by Noem, Patel, Bobby, Witkoff, Trump, and on and on. Weaken the regime by going after key figures, not just Trump.
We also need to be calling on Democratic Senators to step up and create a task force akin to the House Democrats Litigation / Response Task Force.
