on the Federal districts because of massive gerrymandering at the state legislature level. Many of us have been fighting this with Common Cause, unsuccessfully. The majority of Hoosiers live in the larger cities (Indianapolis, Ft. Wayne, Bloomington, Lafayette, Gary) but the legislature is dominated by people from farm country.
