It is said he snorts it like cocaine.

And people who worked with Trump on his reality TV show said he was a regular cocaine user.
This is what caused his fecal incontinence.

We can see he acts manic much of the time.
He looks high. His decorations in the Oval Office are classic Bipolar or drug high stuff.
