If higher wages are bad for small business, what do YOU propose the minimum wage SHOULD be so small business would be happy in your eyes?
Don't say to keep it the same: You must be arguing for a higher principle than 'let's hide so they can't see us'
BTW, when opponents call you a 'commie' and you aren't an actual communist, the proper response is to deny it, loudly and proudly ... Not try to hide from it
We need to fight that stuff, not run away from it
