15. Wisconsin is a 50/50 state and this was a statewide election

The Florida special election districts are Republican districts by about a 2 to 1 margin. There are numerous districts in Florida which are typically much closer than these 2. If a special election were instead held in a Republican +10 district, the Democrat would almost certainly win at this point.
